Running hot

I have a 1993 chevy camaro, not a Z28, and it's running hot. I already replace the temperature sensor and thermi staff, but it is still running hot. I wonder if its my fan or radiator. When it runs hot and I stop, anti freeze come puring out like crazy.

where is it leaking from? is fan running when it overheats?
