Electrical or ignition switch?

When I try to start the odometer jumps panal flashes. When I turn on lights and try starting it does nothing. When I open the door the beeping appears to be shorting out. Radio and lights work fine. Can anyone help?

Sounds like a bad battery or battery connections. Charge the battery and clean the connections.
