question about rebuilding a mopar 360

Looking to do a rebuild on my 67 barracuda with a 360, have not done one of these and i need to know if anyone can help me step by step on how to rebuild one or the things i should know, i ussually rebuild engines for my chevelle but i think they are 2 different breeds..right..thanks any input would be appreciated.

I suggest picking up one of the multiple books on rebuilding mopars. If you have experience building engines, its mostly a matter of little tidbits here and there like the order of assembly. For the most part, an engine is an engine, but the finer points can be found in one of those books.

Often times they can be found at barnes and noble, borders, chapters, and other large book stores. When I started building engines I did a search at Amazon, found about 20 books on the topic - all of which were available used for $1. I ended up buying about 10 and paid less than $15 including shipping for a PILE of books.

Another place to search is www.books4cars.com (http://www.books4cars.com). I've bought a few books from them before. They're a little pricey, but they have shop manuals for darn near everything. It might be pricey, but they can get you an original Plymouth dealer shop manual.
