1995 Fuel Pump Problem??

My 1995 Rora will not start, think it's the fuel pump. Normal PSI 52-55, it is reading 41-42, will that cause no starting? The Pressure Regulator and Rail was replaced 13K ago. Replaced filter recently and replaced oil pressure sensor a week ago (was making the fuel pump run when key off and drained the battery). Any Ideas? Thanks:banghead:

That is a normal PSI and it won't keep your car from staring. Even at 20 PSI the car would probably start, but it would run like crap. Get a scanner on it. Or atleast check for the basics, fuel, spark and compression.
Pull a spark plug. Put it back in the spark plug wire and lay it on the engine. Have your buddy turn the engine over and see if you have spark. If you don't its probably something like the crank position sensors or your ignition module.
