Apply Auto PC Diagnostic tool

I recently bought a diagnostic tool cheap by the name of Apply Auto for my laptop. The support site is suppose to be applytechs.com but it doesn't work. I don't have any original receipts or phone #'s. Would any one know where I could get any information for the tool. Thanks
