To answer your first question, it should come with instructions on how to install it. I wouldn't know, I just know that it ties into your ignition and can make your car easier to steal. To answer your second question, I don't think it was a good buy because I think that turbo timers are a waste of money. It is something you can do for free. Just sit in your car and let it idle for twenty to thirty seconds and then shut it off. If you drive it hard then drive around gently for about five minutes and then let it idle for twenty to thirty seconds before shutting it off.

I would never just walk off with my car still running.

Turbo timer doesnt make your car easier to steal??? With it set up right as soon as you depress the clutch (on a standard), the brake (on an auto), or release the parking brake the car automatticaly shuts off. It works just like a remote start works. The wheel is locked too so even if the car didnt shut off they wouldnt get very far.

True in that it doesn't necessarly make a vehicle easier to steal but not all cars have the locking steering wheel. I do believe that TT are a waste of money though.

Like I said, I don't know much about how they hook up, but I still think they're a complete waste of money.

Seriously now... how many modern cars do not have a locking wheel? I've never driven, rode in, been in, a car that didnt have it unless someone broke the lock. The lock isnt going to be whats going to stop them though. Its the fact that when they try to drive the car its going to shut off.

Yes, just about any newer vehicle. Almost any new Honda, some Toyotas, some Dodge and GM stuff as well. Trust me, I'm in all kinds of new cars everyday.

Yep, go to where the main ignition harness plugs into the ignition switch. That's where it goes.
