AC/Blower Not Working =(

I had a friend install an amp/speaker system into my 2005 honda civic. He connected the remote wire to a fuse in the fuse box located near the engine. I believe the fuse he connected the remote wire to was the a/c fuse. The a/c and amp were working fine until recently. Now my a/c and blower wont even turn on. I checked to see if the fuses were blown but the fuse itself is working fine. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to troubleshoot this problem. Please help because it is super hot here in california. I need ac asap! Thank you.

Look for the Blower relay on the under hood. check if it is busted.

Is the blower relay located in the same fuse box as the AC relay, or is it located somewhere else?

The blower relay is the larger metal case relay in the back middle of the under hood fuse box.
