Power Window Motor

Guys,
I am pretty sure that I am going to have to replace the power window motor in my 98 GT. There is voltage going to the motor from the switch however nothing moves.
Anyone know the procedure to change it out, inside the door is pretty tight and awkward. There must be a trick to this?
