Hi, I'm looking for a local 95-97 Continental owner to help with a Cabin Filter installation. I'll provide a brand new filter for their time and can drive to meet with you if necessary.
Thanks.

Hi Jeff,
I just did this yesterday, and it was a very easy...
With the hood closed, look on the passenger side of the the car, just below the windshield. You should find two black screws.
Remove these screws, and open the hood. You'll see the screws held down a small panel. Pull away the rubber seal on the front side of the panel. It should slip right off. Then remove the panel. The filter is beneath that panel.
When removing the filter, be careful not to dump all the stuff in the filter down the hole. That would kind of defeat the purpose of the filter (ask me how I know that)
Install the filter. It seemed to me that it only fits one way, with the tab towards the drivers side of the car. Once the new filter is in place, put the panel back in place. Use a small screwdriver to line up the holes and install the screws. Finally replace the rubber seal on the front and close the hood.
That's it.
let me know if you have any questions.
Good Luck
