Replacing the a/c compressor on a 03 Honda Civic SI?

I had a berring go out in my a/c compressor and had to purchase a new one. I ordered it and now I am trying to figure out how hard this is to put in. My question is, can you do the job from underneathe the car or do you have to move the motor to replace it? Does anything else need to be done besides replacing and recharging it? I just bought the car about 3 months ago so I'm not really familiar with it at all, all I know is the compressor seems to be in a hard to reach place. Any info is very much appreciated :)
