HElp, i have a 99 cougar I-4 5-speed, No ABS, Front Disc, Rear Drum.
The Front Rotors were badly warped with 40,000 miles, replaced them with NAPA premium rotors ($80 ea) and Raybestos Ceramic PAds, The New rotors warped in 4,000 miles, so i went back to NAPA and they gave me another set, put them on, and in less than 1,000 miles, they are warped. what can i do? i am thinking of going back ALL FORD, but that is even more expensive. This is a daily driver, never raced, never driven hard, just good reliable, economical transportation, i hate to get rid of it, but this brake problem is big, very big.
Thanks
Tony

go to tirerack.com and buy the brembo rotors they have thet are like $50 or so. You cannot go wrong with brembo.
If you have problems fiding them on the website just tell me and i'll tell you exactly where they are.
Also it may better to change the pads too they might be responsible for the warping.

Your brakes are sticking or the pads you keep buying are just plain junk.
