What are you using to make the roll cage?
Have you tried heating the material before you bend it?
The right diameter tubing for a scale roll cage is around 3/16 diameter.

Protiz80: Please take the time to use basic spelling and punctuation.
If you're not looking to spend the money for a aftermarket part then you will have to scratch build one.
Start out with looking for pics of NOS (not noz...) on google or any other search engine.
Basically start with a round cylinder and putty up the rest. But frankly, spend the five bucks for a aftermarket product (http://www.hiroboy.com/catalog/product_info.php?products_id=59) that has decals, PE. Its worth the money IMHO.
Considering that you want to add detail with a NOS bottle, then I would go for something that is easy and cheap. (Making your own will take a while, not to mention the decals and the details on the 'tap')

The right diameter tubing for a scale roll cage is around 3/16 diameter.
3/16?! That scales out to 4-1/2" diameter tubing. I usually use 3/32" as it is correct in scale, and most kits I have with roll cages use 3/32".

Maybe it is 3/32, I'm not about to go searching through boxes of packed up models for people who are too lazy to use search and research.
