Interior Leaks 1995 Grand Am

I am the owner of a 1995 Pontiac Grand Am V6 3.1L with 167,000 miles on it. The last couple of months, I have noticed wet spots on the passenger-side floor in the front and back after it rains. I can't seem to figure out where the water is coming in. My wife's car, a 96' Chevy Beretta V6 3.1L with 153,000 miles has the exact same problem. I was wondering if anyone else has had the same problem? Maybe a GM thing?

Yeah sometimes they leak by the strut mount toward the firewall.
The calking they used drys and falls out or cracks and then water splashes in.

Best way to look is on the inside behind the carpet up on the fire wall.

Also make sure you hvac drain isnt clogged causing water to drain inside on the floor.
If it has a green look or smells sweet it could also be the heater core leaking.

If you do a search you will find others with the same problems.

Im having the same problem, wondering if you found a solution?
