I'm hooked on turbos... my first car had a turbo, my current car has a turbo, and my next car will certainly have a turbo :)

Turbo all the way. Its true they are harder to install but the advantages are numerous. Most importantly you can vary the boost super easy.

depends on what you're using your car for. i would choose a supercharger over the turbo for a daily driven car. you have more usable power to work with in stop and go traffic. superchargers have also been proven more reliable though less efficient than turbochargers. if you want more power and generally speaking a faster car for racing, then no doubt turbo is the better way to go. that brings up another issue. drag racing = turbo, autox/road course = supercharger. you need that instant power from a supercharger to pull out of corners faster for a road course race.

Well turbos nowadays spool very fast like the t 28 from Garret. Also turbos are good for sports with many curves best exampe WRC.
But its true they are more complicated and picky but i say the disadvantagte otweigh the advantages.

Each one has it's own merits. Turbos are more efficient than superchargers but turbo's also have problems such as lag and can not operate throught the whole rpm band like a turbo unless it has a twin turbo set-up. Also turbo's are far more expensive and a lot less reliable.
Superchargers operate through the whole rpm band and usually tend to produce a lot more torque than turbo's. But are less effiecient than turbo's. After those facts it's all personal opinion
