question about manual ecu i have seen two different plug colors on the ecu what is the difference i need a manual ecu because the moron who changed the transmission from auto to manual did not change ecu so every time i have a wiring problem everything is messed up so any info would be great i have seen grey and yellow plugs on ecu

You don't need to change out the ECU to run a manual trans. There really isn't much difference as far as the body harness is concerned.
