Coolant leak

Last night I get home and see steam, not the best thing to see late at night.
Today I find the area that is leaking and it doesnt look pretty.
I saw someone else had this same tube have problems so I used their image since my camera needs batteries.

One leak is a pinhole on the under side of the bottom rubber hose at the left and a leak at the right where the user solaron put the stick at the junction.
What is the name of this part and about how much is it.Also, is it a pain to install myself? I have the feeling the part is not all that expensive but the labor is going to send me into the $200 range.
Kids have school tomorrow and need to get fixed.
