No Info on XM Radio

I have a 2004 Silverado with the Bose AM/FM/CD Changer/XM radio. I get the song title info, etc on the FM band, but not on the XM stations (I did subscribe). Is this normal for this year/model? If not, would it be a problem with the stereo or should I contact XM?

Well the first question would be if your display shows the name of the channels when your in the XM Band. If it does then all you need to do is press the recall button until the song name/artist shows and then hold it until you hear a beep and it will continue displaying that info. You may already know this but thats about the only thing I can think of, I have the same system and haven't had a problem yet.
