VT V8 Commodore Distributor

I was wondering if anybody out there knows the wiring pattern for the twin hall effect distributor used in the V8 VT commodore? There are four wires which will be:

+12v

Ground

Home Sensor

Trigger Sensor

What I need to know is which of the coloured wires (Red, Green, Blue, Black) correspond to the four functions listed.
