2001 T&C radio, temperature guage, and windsheild wipers.

Our 2001 T&C has been giving us issues with the electrical system for the past couple months. When the temperature guage displays only two dashes, the radio and windshield wipers do not work. The compass, in the same panel as the temp., works, but the temp. does not and this is some how effects the radio and wipers. The radio has power, just no sound.:screwy:

Any ideas??
