1996 LHS Electrical gremlin grrrrrr

Hi,
I have a 1996 LHS with now almost 200 000Km on it, I have fix electrical problem on that car since day 1, the AC would not work (fix) the car would stop and have no more power at all (fix) and so on. :swear:
Now... the car was running great for the last 6 month add no problem at all but... I have this new problem that came out and can't figure what it is since it is intermitent, I live in Montreal and here we have stop signs like every street corner, the car would run great and I stop and go again but the car a sudden lack of power, the motor is still running but even if I put the pedal to the floor the car is almost not moving and suddenly it will run as normal. I don't have this problem on the highway.
The car will not do is problem when is cold or when is hot it just happen like that when I stop and go. :screwy:
