Door Locks

I have a 1999 chevy Tahoe with automatic door locks. The door locks will only work manually or with the keyless entry. From inside the vehicle, when pushing the door lock buttons, nothing works. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

i had a problem like that with my astro van..... i took the panels that mounted the controls off and checked the connection...its a clip on wire attachment...either its loose or its dirty so take it of anyway check it , make sure it looks like the input piece(wipe it off if needed) just put it back with pressure and it should work...another thing could be that yer battery is weak and or u need yer doors shut to lock it from the inside.......
