Most of the time you want to use your factory harness. You will need to do a DPFI to MPFI swap first.
You will use the B18 axles, just have to remove the dust rings at the end.

Check here (http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbulletin/showpost.php?p=2673547&postcount=27)
Should answer most of your questions about most of the details. In short, you will need: Engine, Cable Transmission, ECM, Shifter linkage, and a Motor mount kit. For the MPFI you will need the injector resistor box also, along with running the extra wires to the ECM for it.
I think thats the big things you will need. Depending how much you wanna spend, the mounts can range from $100 to like $4-500, maybe more. I got mine off Ebay for $120 I think...still haven't swapped the motor, but they seem to be really solid mounts and they retailed for $400.

Not a problem. I have that link bookmarked because I use it alot too. I gotta do this swap, including the MPFI, sometime in the next week or so.
