Need help upgrading my 95 talon tsi AWD

New to the DSM. Just need some input on what brands and sizes i should use on my car. I have done a new timing belt and tune up with all good stuff. First i only want to make like 300hp at the most maybe more in the future. So my question is what turbo, EX manf. IC kit, Exhaust should i use. I just need to kno a good brand (hks, greddy, ex), and also turbo size. I want the most bag for my buck.
