ok Going right To The Problem My Car Has No Spark I've Checked The Relay, Fuses Changed Pluggs And Also Put A Working Distributor my Pump Primes And Everything Seems To Work Fine The Motor Turns Over But Theres No Spark Is There Like Another Main Ground Other Then The One On The Thermostad??? Oh And I Also Have 4 Wires In The Back Of My Motor Right On The Hardness I Dont Know Were They Lead To They Are Cut Off 1-is Black And Yellow 1- Red 1-blue And I Think The Last 1 Is Black If Someone Knows What Wrong Let Me Know Please I Need To Turn On This Car

ok Is A 1991 Honda Crx With A 1995 Honda D16a6 Sohc Vtec Motor all I Need Is To Know Is If There Is Another Major Ground Other Then The One That Goes On The Thermo Cuz My Distributor Is Getting Power But Theres No Spark

no theres only one ground and it should be at the top of the valve cover and i let greenblur know so hes gonna come over and see if he can find out

but if your icm is no good then the distributor wont spark either or your cps. icm-ignition control module cps-crank position sensor.. icm is responsible for spark. and cps u know lets the ecu know where the crank position is.. u can have icm checked at autozone and cps as far as i know u can only check resistence

check if ur distirbutor rotor is turning distirbutor might not be seated right it can only be installed one way

I Already Had Checked Everything My Rotor Is Turning I Put On A Distributor From A Working Car And It Still Did't Work I Put It Back On The Other Car And It Turned On Perfec It Has New Spark Pluggs New Wires And Is A New Distributor

1. post pics and location of the cut wires.
2. check the ground wire on your tranny as well as the valve cover, cant miss it, its huge..
3. check your battery ground
4. test to see if power is going to the distributor
