Natural VS Synthetic

Do i need to mix synthetic in with regular oil in two changes before i switch to full synthetic? Heard this in a car show on TV.

I just used a synthetic blend for like 2 oil changes.

If it's a high mileage car, I would do the blend just to allow the engine time to adjust.
If it's a lower mileage car you can switch cold turkey.
