Launching a vr4

Whats a good rpm a stock vr4 can launch at without breaking anything?

5k... Thats what I would launch at if I had a good race I thought might be close.. or else I just kinda go then floor it.. no point in putting stress on things when your racing a honda..

strange enough, all the 7000rpm clutch dumps i ever did, the tranny still held in there

but trust me thats pure luck

learn how to slip the clutch at about 4000-4500 rpm

but if your racing something thats not really that fast in the first place. then dont launch, just take off normal and then gun it
