2000 venture radio wiring

I just came into possision of a 2000 venture the radio is missing the connector to the Harness I can find another at the junk yard but need help on the pin out of the radio to the color of the wires. I'm here in Kuwait and have limit resources to fix this

If you look at the back of the radio there is a 12 pin square connector to the left and a 24 pin square connector to the right. If we say the upper pin on the 24 connector to the left is #1 and directly below iis #2 to the right of # 1 is # 3 below #4 and so on can anybody help me out I am an electronics engineer but need a schmatic diagram with wire colors to re-connect it, my wire harness has 18 wires.

Please help

Also will the radio work when i get it connected or will I also need a code to unlock it once it is wired up correctly. I do not have any orginal papeer work with the van.
