Convertible in to hard top?

How could I make a convertible a hard top?? is it possible?

I suppose one could take the roof off a hard top car and graft it to the rag top. Since this is the "GTO" forum, WHY IN THE WORLD WOULD YOU DO THAT??? GTO convertibles are worth more than most any other muscle car of the era, except the exoti-cars (limited production).

Be more specific about what you're doing, and I may be able to offer some good advice.

i personally think the hard top looks better? but "you would probly have to find a doner car first and cut the top off and im sure there would have to be alot of cutting/grinding to get it just right.. but its definitally possible just alot of work to be done

If we are talking about a GTO convertible, restore it (if it's not done already), sell it, and get yourself a GTO hardtop.
You'll actually come out ahead.
