98 expedition subwoofer

My friend's expedition subwoofer is rattling badly. Took off small panel and screws, still won't move. Read that I have to take off the entire panel to get to another screw, which sucks. Does anyone know exactly where to find a replacement speaker that's new without paying a ton of money to the dealer? Thanks!

i think that its an 8 inch woofer. If your going through all of that , might as well get a stealth box with a 10 in sub. I have one in mine and it sounds a lot better. Check with crutchfield.com to find a replacement
