93 Buick Regal shutsdown

I just got this car and it runs fine but randomly i will loose power steering and i cant accelerate and its extremely hard to use the brakes. My AC and radio still work fine and the engine is still running and sounds fine. I just have to turn the car off and on and it starts up like normal and works great again but i would like to find what the problem is.
