2000 grand am keyless entry

when I bought this car used it didnt come with a keyless entry remote. I would just like to know if had one when it was new. can i buy a new remote and program it?

If your car has the electronics and relays then all you would need is the keyfob.

You can goto any stealership and give them your VIN# and they can tell you if your car was equiped with KE.
And they can probly tell you what it would cost if it isnt equiped.

If all you need is the keyfob, check ebay thier way cheaper then the stealerships.
