96 F150 heater not blowing hot

I have changed the heater core and installed a new 190 T stat. and the heater will not blow hot air any suggestions???...Thanks Bob

Try to bleed the air out of the heater core. With engine running, remove highest heater hose until coolent comes out. refill coolent.
