Williams FW-19

Revell kit. After doing some research (After the kit was done!), I'm not sure that all of the decals are accurate, but there close. Found a set of supplemental Rothmans decals on e-bay. Made the car look a lot better instead of those odd question marks decals that were included in the Revell kit. Turned out well, except for the larger sized decals. I'm never good at those.

Looks good.A difficult colour scheme to get right but you have made a very nice job of it.Which paint did you use for the blue sections?

I know from experience how difficult this car is to paint, yours looks good.

Very nice. I'm finding out right now how much work it takes to get the Revell 1/24th scale kits up to scratch. Apart from the too small sidepod Rothmans decals and some strange stuff on the front wing, yours looks fantastic. :)

Thanks for the compliments. Yea, the Rothmans decals on the sidepods are to small, the Decals sheet I bought was just a collection of Rothmans decals, it wasin't made for the Revell kit, so, I had to make due. And I had a hard time finding good reference pics. It turns out that the front wing decal positions changed a few time thruout the 97 year so, I just had to put the best set up usuing the decals I had! Thanks again!

You´re right, decals could be better in some areas, nevertheless i like your Williams! Hope to see more from you. :smokin:
