Humming in Front end

I have a problem with a 97 GTP. It makes a humming noise when going down the road. It sounds like road noise from the tires, and they were pretty bad so i replaced them. The sound, however, is still there. The sound increases when I speed up, but if i put it in neutral and rev it up, the humming does not increase, so it doesn't correlate w/ the rpm's. This is really bugging me as it is a very annoying sound. Please help with any suggestions.

I agree with GTPSPEED a wheel bearing is going bad. The only question is which one?
