Does anyone know how to program a keyless entry for a 94 Concorde?

1) Turn ignition ON

2) Connect a jumper wire from pin 1 of the DLC (Data link Connector located at bottom edge drivers side under dash) Pin 1 is the upper left pin. Take other end of jumper wire to ground. The door locks will LOCK then UNLOCK to verify system is in program mode

3)Press any transmitter button. Doors will LOCK then UNLOCK to verify.

4) Repeat step 3 for any additional transmitters.

5) Remove jumper wire. Turn ignition OFF.

6) Verify transmitter functions.

Not true with a 94, this is the procedure I found that worked for for a 94 Concorde and LHS. It came from this archived post. (http://www.automotivehelper.com/topic114216.htm) If you read further in that post someone grounded a connection on the data connector and ended up causing some problems, I do not recommend that procedure. Terminal #4 mentioned below has a GREEN wire attached to it, Terminal #1 is a BLACK wire and is the ground, they will be side by side in the harness connector, there will not be any other wires connected in the harness connector above the green wire, there will be a red with yellow stripe and an orange wire above the black wire in the harness, do not ground the red/yellow or orange wires to the black wire.

STEP#1 REMOVE THE UPPER CENTER BEZEL FROM INSTRUMENT PANEL AND LOCATE THE TRACTION CONTROL BLACK CONNECTOR**DISCONNECT CONNECTOR-TURN IGNITION SWITCH TO (ON) POSITION.

STEP#2 GROUND CONNECTOR TERMINAL #4-THE BACK LEFT TERMINAL-THE BACK RIGHT TERMINAL IS GROUND-YOU CAN USE A PAPER CLIP IT WORKS JUST FINE. THE DOOR LOCKS WILL CYCLE-PRESS ANY BUTTON ON THE REMOTE CONTROL-THE LOCKS WILL CYCLE AGAIN CONFIRMING PROGRAM.

STEP#3 IF YOU HAVE MORE THAN ONE REMOTE CONTROL OR YOUR ORIGINAL REMOTE-IT HAS TO BE SET NOW AS WELL-THE GROUNDING OF THE REMOTE PROGRAM WIRE ERASES THE PREVIOUS PROGRAM.
PRESS ANY BUTTON ON THE SECOND REMOTE AND WAIT FOR THE LOCKS TO CYCLE. DISCONNECT THE PAPER CLIP OR JUMPER FROM THE GROUND. RECONNECT THE TRACTION CONTROL CONNECTOR AND REINSTALL THE UPPER CENTER BEZEL.

Note: If your Concorde does not have Traction Control the harness connector is still there attached to a dummy recepticle on the back of the removed Bezel. Also if there is no green wire present at the Traction Control switch harness (96 and newer) then this procedure doesn not apply, the remotes have to be programmed with a scan tool.
