99 chevy suburban install kill switch

What would be the simplest way to install a hidden kill switch on my 99 suburban? I heard you can interrupt the fuel pressure relay or the wire leading to or from this relay. I would think the fuel pump relay would be the easiest and quickest, I heard it was on the driver side under the hood were do I find this relay for the fuel pump? and would this be ok to interrupt to use to disable my truck?

Just put a toggle switch in the wire to the fuel pump. Gray wire from relay. Hide the switch and don't forget to turn it off.
