2001 kia sportage fuel injectors

can anyone tell me the correct way for the fuel injectors to be in? Is it cylinder 1 & 2 are green and cylinder 3 & 4 are orange? cause right now my are cyl 1 & 2 are orange and cyl 3 & 4 are green. I have had a lot of work down on it and i still have cyl 1 & 4 misfire. also what is the sequence for tighting the bolts on the oil pan? also anyone have any repair manuals or information on the engine? not really sure where to start and break everything down
