89 Accord Hesitates and Dies HELP!

I have an 89 Honda Accord with 156K miles. It was idling rough and had the choke and carburetor replaced along with several vacuum lines. Still ran rough and died at stop lights. Replaced plugs, wires, air filter, rotor, & distributor cap. Seemed to help for a while but it's still dying at stops, especially when running the A/C. Does anyone have any idea what I could try next? HELP!

Ajust idle speed up a little.
