90 3.1 wont start

ok here we go. i have a 90 with 3.1. I have spark and fuel pump is putting correct amount of pressure to rail but not starting. I have checked both of these many times. The injectors arent working simple as that. A buddy ran a test on it and with key on it reads Injector ground but went away as he turned it over. I've looked this car over and am stumped. It fires on starting fluid but thats it. Is there any sensors or anything that run the injectors?

Got 12v to the injectors? Do you have cranking rpms when scanned, if not usually the ign module is the issue, but pcms can be an issue with these also.
