Extended cab rear seat removal

I don;t use the back seat. Is it hard to remove it from a 01 extended cab? I tryed it once and some thing kept me from success? Any advice out there?

If its like the C/K's you remove the pass side henge and it lifts out of the dirvers side. I can look at mine in the morning and see.

I believe there are hooks that the back sits on. You have to lift it up to get it out.

when I changed the speakers on my 3 door I had to take the rear seat out to get the plastic off the rear of the vehicle. I wasn't really happy about that. So yes, undo the 4 bolts that hold the rear seat in then lift straight up and your seat will come out.
