Welcome to the forum CrArmy73. Remove the finish panel that the switches are mounted to by pulling it away from the main door panel. Start at the front edge anwork towards the lower back. There are two retainers on the front vertical portion, two along the top edge, one on the bottom and one tab on the back edge that slides under the main panel. Disengage the 5 retainers and slide the panel forward to unhook the back. There is a screw under this panel that hold the main panel to the door. Another screw is behind the interior light lens cover at the bottom rear of the door panel After removing the two scrrews, slide the door panel upwards to disengage the top hooks and then rotate the top of the panel away from the door and then lift to disengage the bottom hooks.
