I have a 1990 c1500 350 engine. Yesterday morning the truck would not run right, it would surge when you hit the gas and act like it was going to die.I kept stomping it to the floor and when I got it back home I turned it off and it has not cranked since. I got home from work and changed the spark plugs, plug wires,o2 sensor, ignition module, and fuel filter. It still will not crank.I poured gas down in the throttle body because it looks like no fuel is coming out of the injectors and it would run til the gas run out. I got someone to turn the ignition on, and never could hear the fuel pump turn on. Do you guys think it is the fuel pump? :banghead:

Test the fuel pump pressure. You should have at least 60# of pressure.

A 1990 only needs 9-13#

Well, it ended up being the fuel pump :grinyes: . Took about a total of 4 hours to change.
