engine swap

hello this is my first time on any serious forum and i was wondering if its possible to swap my engine with a small block. the specs to my car are: - 3,998 cc 4 liters 8 V front transverse engine with 87.1 mm bore, 84.1 mm stroke, 10.3 compression ratio, double overhead cam and four valves per cylinder
- Unleaded fuel
- Fuel economy EPA highway (l/100km): 9.4
- Multi-point injection fuel system
- Main 76 liter fuel tank
- Power: 187 kW , 250 HP @ 5,600 rpm; 260 ft lb @ 4,400 rpm




it has 155'000 on it.

the reason i ask is because i wanna start drag racing it but theres not too many after-market parts that are compatable with the engine
