Need expert's help: 91 1.5 TBI Doesn't start well when hot

My car runs perfectly fine when it's cold outside, starting at night or in the garage, but when the engine is hot or it's been parked in the sun for a while it won't start properly and gives me a code 16 (Injectors).
I know the injectors leak a bit so it will start with the accelerator to the floor, although in limp mode with the 3500 rev limiter... The IAC (EACV) and distributor wiring were bad so I replaced them (to ECM), and all the temp sensors MAP etc test fine at the ECM connector. The injectors prime and pulse properly when checked with a noid light, spark timing is dead on...
I also put in a fuel pump cut switch and use that to shut off the car by starving it of gas, hoping that would keep the injectors from leaking into the intake after I shut it off.
Does anyone have any ideas as to why it does this? Could there still be enough gas leaking in after the pump is shut off to flood the engine? Also is there a way to force it out of limp mode while running, or disable the rev limiter?
Any help will be very much appreciated :)

i had the same problem when i had a dpfi manifold on my car sometimes it wouldnt start and so on and i think its because the injectors might have been dirty or just old. but i never had any leaks at all.
