96 CV hesitation/running rough and high pitch squeak at start

Alright, I have a 96 CV that I swapped an engine out of last week. The old one had a bad gasket and blew a hole in the block. After dropping in the “new” engine it has been running a rough when accelerating or just giving it gas. I pulled the codes which were PO171, PO174, PO151 and P1151. My brother also took it to a dealer and they said two of the O2’s weren’t working. However the car did run.
Now, after reading some of the post here I figured it might have been a dirty mass air sensor. So I checked the back two O2’s which were fine then I cleaned out the air sensor. After that I tried to start the car and it wouldn’t run more then a second. Once i unplugged the air sensor the car ran almost perfect. There was hardly and hesitation after that. So I bought a new air sensor thinking that was the problem only to find out it wasn’t. Plugged in the new one and the car still wouldn’t run more then a second. Unplugged it again and it ran fine. Also I wasn’t able to floor it prior to cleaning the sensor, it would just bog down and not accelerate.
Also there is a high pitch squeak that comes out from around the started when I start the car. I did tighten the starter down good so I know it’s not from being loose. Any help with either of these problems would be greatly appreciated.

Just an update. It ended up being the air flow sensor. Forgot it had to update O2's to run smoother. Also one starter bolt was still a bit loose.
