i was trying to take the front passenger side caliper off my 03 GT, and the bolts would not budge. I tried liquid wrench, and even hitting the ratchet with a hammer many times. Any ideas?

Try a breaker bar with a pipe on the end of the bar, or rent an electric impact wrench. Good Luck.

ive tried a breaker bar, but there isnt enough room to get good leverage. and i got an impact wrench, but i dont think theres much room for that either :/ this sucks.

You should be able to get a breaker bar in there if you turn the wheel all the way to the right. Mine were tough to, but I used penetrating oil and a breaker bar. I ended up braking my ratchet in the process, but I got them loose.
