I have a service manual (downloaded it from another honda site.) Is there something special about this helm FSM?

Helm publishes all honda's factory service manuals for the dealerships, so you know it will be the most accurate (but is also the most expensive)

I cant look at it because i dont have an account so i cant tell you how good it is. i only suggested a Helm because personally i would want the best, most detailed book i could get my hands on. and what would be better than the one honda publishes for thier cars?

That's the Helms manual that Greenblurr93 is talking about, most of the ones online are Helms. So you're good to go.
