Can anyone help? My father purchased brand new in April 1974 a 1973 Chevy Nova SS. THis beauty stayed in our family for 23 years (all original) until he gave it to me and in 1996 due to a family hardship i traded it in on more reliable transportation. I would KILL to find my car again. I still have the owners manuals, build sheet etc.
If anyone knows the where abouts or how to possibly track down the where abouts please let me know.

Welcome to AF! Can you do a VIN search through your state's DMV? That might be the first place I'd start the search. I doubt Carfax would have any info on that vehicle. I wonder if there is such a thing as a national database for VIN numbers where your DMV can do a search of all 50 states to find the vehicle if it is still registered, and if not could give you the last known location . If there is no such thing then there ought to be one. <adding humor> (maybe you could ask our President as it seems they know everything that's going on in this country in the guise of National Homeland Security, they might know where it is.) Good luck in your search .
