Fog lights not working!

I have a 1998 Pontiac Grand Prix GTP and my fogs arne't working!

The bulbs are brand new so I know it isn't that. Does anyone know if it could be a fuse or something? or anything else that could be doing this to my car?

the fog lights have their own relay, and only operate when the low-beam lights are on.

They fogs are acutally HIDs now, they are plug and play. I have HIDs on my top lights, and the fogs were working fine with them before. Now once i install the HIDs on the fogs as well, they don't want to come on.

I think I might need a new fuse, how do I know which fuse I have to replace?
