Windshield Wiper Problems 2000 Grand Prix SE

Hey quick question

When using my blades they seem to work only on 2 speeds... high and very high and when using the slow speeds they work for about 5 seconds and then cut to high. I was woundering if anyone knows what is going on with them???

There's a good chance that the wiper pulse-module/circuit board is bad. It controls the wiper speeds as well as the delay function.
